Abstract :
The drastic changes in the solar wind will cause serious harm to human life. Monitoring interplanetary scintillation(IPS) can predict solar wind activity, thereby effectively reducing the harm caused by space weather. Aiming at the problem of the lack of the ability to observe IPS phenomenon of the 40-meter radio telescope at the Yunnan Astronomical Observatory of China in the frequency band around 300MHz, an IPS real-time acquisition and processing scheme based on all programmable system-on-chip(APSoC) was proposed. The system calculates the average power of 10ms IPS signal in PL-side and transmits it to the system memory through AXI4 bus. PS-side reads the data, takes logarithms, packages it, and finally transmits it to the LabVIEW host computer through gigabit Ethernet UDP mode for display and storage. Experimental tests show that the system functions correctly, and the PL-side power consumption is only 1.955 W, with a high time resolution of 10ms, and no data is lost in 24 hours of continuous observation, with good stability. The system has certain application value in IPS observation.

Abstract :

Nowadays use of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has increased. LPG is an asphyxiating, volatile and highly flammable gas. In a LPG leak situation, potential health accidents are increased either by inhalation or by combustion of the gas. On the other hand, carbon monoxide (CO) is a toxic gas that comes mainly from combustion in car engines. Breathing CO-polluted air can cause dizziness, fainting, breathing problems, and sometimes death. To prevent health accidents, including explosions, in open or closed environments, remote and real-time monitoring of the concentration levels of CO and LPG gases has become a necessity. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the use of Internet of Things (IoT) techniques to design and build a telemetry system to monitor in real-time the concentration of GLP and CO gases in the surrounding air. To implement this work, as central hardware there is a microcontroller, CO and PLG sensors on the electronic station. Besides, Amazon Web Services (AWS) was used as an IoT platform and data storage in the cloud. The main result was a telematics system to monitor in real time the concentrations of both GLP and CO gases, whose data is accessible from any device with internet access through a website. Field tests have been successful and have shown that the proposed system is an efficient and low-cost option.

Abstract :
In the information era, enormous amounts of data have become available on hand to decision makers.Big data refers to datasets that are not only big, but also high in variety and velocity, which makes them difficult to handle using traditional tools and techniques. Due to the rapid growth of such data, solutions need to be studied and provided in order to handle and extract value and knowledge from these datasets. The Internet of Things, or "IoT" for short, is about extending the power of the internet beyond computers and smartphones to a whole range of other things, processes and environments. IoT is at the epicentre of the Digital Transformation Revolution that is changing the shape of business, enterprise and people’s lives. This transformation influences everything from how we manage and operate our homes to automating processes across nearly all industries. This paper aims to analyse the relationships of AI, big data and IoT, as well as the opportunities provided by the applications in various operational domains.

Abstract :
Many systems based on knowledge, especially expert systems for medical decision support have been developed. Only systems are based on production rules, and cannot learn and evolve only by updating them. In addition, taking into account several criteria induces an exorbitant number of rules to be injected into the system. It becomes difficult to translate medical knowledge or a support decision as a simple rule. Moreover, reasoning based on generic cases became classic and can even reduce the range of possible solutions. To remedy that, we propose an approach based on using a multi-criteria decision guided by a case-based reasoning (CBR) approach.

Abstract :

Reversible logic is one of the most vital issue at present time and it has different areas for its application, those are low power CMOS, quantum computing, nanotechnology, cryptography, optical computing, DNA computing, digital signal processing (DSP), quantum dot cellular automata, communication, computer graphics. It is not possible to realize quantum computing without implementation of reversible logic. The main purposes of designing reversible logic are to decrease quantum cost, depth of the circuits and the number of garbage outputs. In this paper, we have proposed a new reversible gate. And we have designed RS flip flop and D flip flop by using our proposed gate and Peres gate. The proposed designs are better than the existing proposed ones in terms of number of reversible gates and garbage outputs. So, this realization is more efficient and less costly than other realizations.

Abstract :

A quadrangular prism of self-invisibility has been further researched for its applications to vehicles. Its structure has been calculated and demonstrated strictly and quantitatively, according to the laws of reflection of light and geometric principles. Furthermore, the invisible effect with respect to the position of an observed point was investigated when the observed point shifted from the most-clear position. Finally, a unique extrapolation is given and discussed with the comparison of their invisibility rates.

Abstract :

While the Domain Name System (DNS) is an infrastructure of the current network, it still faces the problem of centralization and data authentication according to its concept and practice. Decentralized storage of domain names and user local verification using blockchain may be effective solutions. However, since the blockchain is an add-only type database, domain name changes will cause out of date records to still be correct when using the Simplified Payment Verification (SPV) mechanism locally. This paper mainly introduces Local Enhanced Authentication DNS (LEA-DNS), which allows domain names to be stored in public blockchain database to provide decentralization feature and is compatible with the existing DNS. It achieves the validity and timeliness of local domain name resolution results to ensure correct and up to date with the Merkle Mountain Range and RSA accumulator technologies. Experiments show that less than 3.052Kb is needed for each DNS request to be validated, while the validation time is negligible, and only 9.44Kb of data need to be stored locally by the web client. Its compatibility with the existing DNS system and the lightness of the validation protocols indicate that this is a system suitable for deployment widely.

Abstract :

In this article, we proposed a Variable threshold MOSFET(VTMOS)approach which is realized from Dynamic Threshold MOSFET(DTMOS), suitable for sub-threshold digital circuit operation. Basically the principle of sub- threshold logics is operating MOSFET in sub-threshold region and using the leakage current in that region for switching action, there by drastically decreasing power .To reduce the power consumption of sub-threshold circuits further, a novel body biasing technique termed VTMOS is introduced .VTMOS approach is realized from DTMOS approach. Dynamic threshold MOS (DTMOS) circuits provide low leakage and high current drive, compared to CMOS circuits,

Volume, Issue, Month, Year :  Vol.7, October 20, October, 2021

Abstract :

High-accuracy Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning is a prospective technology that will be used in future automotive navigation systems. This system will be a composite of the United States' Global Positioning System (GPS), the Russian Federation's Global Orbiting Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS), China Beidou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) and the European Union’s Galileo. The major improvement in accuracy and precision is based on (1) multiband signal transmitting, (2) carrier phase correction, (3) Real Time Kinematic (RTK). Due to the size and high-cost of today’s survey-grade antenna solutions, this kind of technology is difficult to use widely in the automotive sector. In this paper, a low-cost small size dual-band ceramic GNSS patch antenna is presented from design to real sample.
